The Service is intended for use by children under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Account Registration

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

While our educational content is designed by reading specialists, we make no guarantees about specific learning outcomes. Every child learns at their own pace, and results may vary.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teach Your Kid to Read shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date.
